In this project, the factory deployed two Giraffe PROs at once, and realized collaborative work through the Reeman intelligent scheduling system. The system can Automatically optimize the task allocation to avoid empty driving or congestion between the two machines and ensure continuous operation. Multi-point distribution between multiple departments is thus made efficient and orderly.

Compared to single-machine operations, dual machine collaboration significantly improves the overall distribution efficiency, eliminating waiting time and resource idleness.

Completely automated, with minimal human intervention

Giraffe PRO integrates automation into daily work flow: production line workers only need to distribute tasks, and the robot can independently plan the path and accurately arrive at the designated location to achieve smooth handover of materials. Automatic charging to ensure operation 24 / 7.

For uninterrupted operation, the Giraffe PRO is equipped with an automatic recharge function. When the power is low, the robot will automatically return to the charging station, replenish the power through the intelligent energy management system, and be on standby when it is finished. This mechanism allows the plant to operate continuously for 7 x 24 hours without the need for human intervention to charge.

Safety and reliability in complex environments

The busy factory environment imposes strict requirements on equipment safety. With real-time obstacle detection and active obstacle avoidance, Giraffe PRO moves smoothly between workers and equipment, even in narrow passages and complex layouts. The practical data show that its obstacle recognition success rate is as high as 99.8%, which fully guarantees the operational safety in the mixed-use scenario.
